Bob, I would like to convey that my car is quite awesome... it purrs. Not like a V8 but like a V10. Anyway, it exceeds expectations. Your suggestion on the stage II clutch was spot on. As far as the continued business, it's not charity: There's nothing to my loyalty except continued happiness with the service you provide and the impeccable work your techs perform. Driving the M3 today was an absolute pleasure. It's incredible how much better the car feels after the work that was done and the new tires. As a coworker said... "it's amazing how the M-cars respond to crisp clean bills." That may be true, but I feel like I get way more than my money's worth out of At Speed, and that makes your operation unique. I am awfully fussy about that car, and I wouldn't let just anyone work on it. I think I first came by for a tech inspection a couple of years ago, and everything I saw that day and word of mouth from friends since convinced me to bring my car in for out of warranty work. Since it's been totally out of warranty, I've used At Speed for everything north of oil changes and brakes. That you're five miles from my house is just a huge bonus. Anyhow, I'll continue to recommend you to my other friends, and when I get that first Porsche in the next couple of years, you'll be its handler too. Thanks again for treating my car so well!-Paul G.
