Mercedes Benz E55 AMG Custom Exhaust

This client came to At Speed Motorsports interested in giving his 2004 Mercedes E55 AMG a throatier growl, but wasn't looking to draw too much unwanted attention to his four-doored beast.  For this project a custom exhaust will be fabricated which will replace the E55's secondary catalytic converters and stock resonators with a straight through piping design.  Because the client wants to keep the stock look of the exhaust system, at a later date the exhaust muffler will be opened and the interior baffling will be gutted to help with better performance and a much better sound.

We can't wait to hear this beefy supercharged V-8 come alive with its new 3" stainless steel exhaust and X-pipe.

Stock E55 AMG Exhaust System

New 3" exhaust with secondary catalytic converters and resonators removed.

New 3" X-pipe installed in place of the stock H-pipe.
